The ICIX Story
ICIX was founded to enable business processes. In 2002, with the passing of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act – also known as the “Corporate and Auditing Accountability, Responsibility, and Transparency Act” – businesses were without capabilities to manage the data needed to comply with the new requirements.
The problem for businesses was critical because of the scale of their operations and the lack of a way to efficiently exchange data between actors in the value chain.
ICIX solved the problem with business applications built on a dynamic data relationship model and a networking hub on the Salesforce platform.

Chief Customer Officer
Keith leads ICIX’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. He joined ICIX from Salesforce where he led the Platform & Analytics sales organization working with customers in industry settings including: Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Retail.
VP Customer Success
Rod leads the Customer Success team that support customers throughout the customer lifecycle. He joined ICIX from Salesforce where he led project delivery for customers in industries including: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Technology.
VP Customer Support
Peter leads the Customer Service and Technical Support teams supporting customers, their partners, and projects. He joined ICIX from CodeScience where he led Product Development for Salesforce.
Elliott leads Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Business Development. He joined ICIX from Apttus where he led the development and commercialization of artificial intelligence and machine learning software products
