ICIX Privacy Policy

At ICIX, we are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any company and personal information you share with us. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with all applicable international laws designed to protect your privacy. Although legal requirements may vary from country to country, ICIX intends to adhere to the principles set forth in this Online Privacy Policy. The processing of personal data of a data subject shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of any change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect. All transfers of data from the European Economic Area are done in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses as defined in Article 26(2) of the Directive 95/46/EC.

Collected Information

We require Members who sign-up to use the Services (Services) offered on the ICIX website (website) to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, an e-mail address, and financial qualification, such as billing name, billing address, and credit card number. Members can update or remove their personal information at any time by logging into the website and editing their personal or company information.

ICIX uses the collected information to set up Services for individuals and their companies. We may also use the information to contact Members to further discuss Members interested in our company, the Services that we provide, and to send information regarding our company, such as promotions and events. Except when stated at the time information is requested, or as provided for in the ICIX website Terms of Use, we do not disclose to any third-party the information provided. All Billing information collected is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective Members and to bill for Services.

This billing information is not used for marketing or promotional purposes. ICIX uses a third-party to manage the credit card processing. This third-party is not permitted to use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers or our hosting service may provide services on the website but they are not permitted to collect any information and we do not share any Member information with these parties. Members can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving company promotion and marketing events information at any time by sending an email to info@icix.com. When setting up Services, we contact Members via email in order to issue a receipt and login details. From time to time, we may also email information regarding updates to the Service. Again, Members can opt out of receiving Service updates as well by emailing us at info@icix.com.

Members of the Service will be using the website to host their data and information (“Data”). ICIX will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the ICIX website Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Data may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, member support issue, or suspected violation of the ICIX website Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login details and documents.

For purposes of Article 14(2) of the GDPR, ICIX relies on the following lawful basis for processing Personal Data: consent, compliance with law and legitimate interest.
